Come out to see LOCA in the Patriots Day Parade. LOCA Board Member Joy Vansell designed the float and with the help of the residents at Glennwood House, Laguna Beach,will be decorating our entry this year. The special-needs adults have created giant starts with statements about the importance of art in our lives.
